This Vintage Tops Steel Eagle 111 is one of the very first models Tops made; I bought it Brand New directly from Tops in 2000. 

The knife has never been carried or used and has been kept in a collection since its purchase.
This early model has several features that the current one lacks, plus I understand it was heat-treated differently as well.
Tops was starting in business and wanted to make it bulletproof and tank-proof! 
They have since modified their manufacturing process to reduce costs.
The sheath is the original Tops sheath that came with the knife, completely different from the current one!
